The Monday Memo

Corey Fisher, Principal, O'Neill High School, O'Neil, NE
Corey produces a Monday Memo for the school. In his words, these are posted each week and they are available for anyone to view:

Each Monday I use Keynote to create the Memo and then I use QuickTime Player to do a screen recording as I work through the presentation.  It is really simple yet has proven to be fairly effective.  Kids love the pictures and it is an opportunity for me to both celebrate the great things in our school and also to communicate reminders and expectations that we have.  Most often the videos are less than 10 minutes in length (usually around 5-7 minutes).  Once I have saved the video to my MacBook Air, I then upload it to Google because we are a Google Apps. School and it is really simple to share with our school through their school Gmail accounts.
