"We just recently created a rolling agenda in Google docs for each grade level to use at their collaborative PLC's. That way if they don't complete their tasks they can keep going and always see what was done prior. My principal and I have the links so we can go in anytime to see what is happening. Prior to this they had to send their agenda and notes which meant we had to file them. Much easier on everyone this way!"
